Hi I'm Jess.

5 Totally Random Facts About Me

  1. I reward myself with tattoos and talk to them like they’re my emotional support stickers.

  2. I cry at emotional TikToks, but barely blink during true crime documentaries.

  3. I’ve bought the same cardigan in 3 colors... twice.

  4. I love thunderstorms, dramatic music, and pretending I’m in a sad movie while doing dishes.

  5. My toxic trait is thinking I can "just swing by the store" and leave with only what I need. (Spoiler: I never do.)

Who is she?

I’m the human behind the camera, the chaos, and the calm.

I’m a boudoir photographer, a mom of three, a wife, and a firm believer that every human deserves to feel powerful without apologizing for a damn thing. I’m covered in ink, run on caffeine and instinct, and I’m not above crying over a good playlist or ugly-laughing at my own jokes.

I built After Dark for the humans who’ve been told to tone it down, stay quiet, or wait for permission to take up space.
Spoiler alert: you don’t need permission.

I’m the kind of person who trips over air, rewatches the same comfort shows, and loses my phone while I’m on it. I have a deep love for gas station snacks, oversized hoodies, and spontaneous adventures that turn into full-blown therapy sessions. I will 100% hype you up while also reminding you to drop your shoulders and unclench your jaw.

I’m not fancy or filtered. I’m real. I’ve been through my share of chaos and healing, and I know what it feels like to forget who you are. That’s why this work matters so much to me, it’s not just about photos, it’s about remembering.

You don’t need to know how to pose. You don’t need to feel confident. You just have to show up. Raw, nervous, messy, bold—and I’ll take it from there.

This space is for the humans in healing, in transition, in survival mode, or stepping into their villain era. The ones who’ve carried too much, been unseen for too long, or are finally ready to take the damn spotlight.

You bring the story.

I’ll show you the proof that you never stopped being art.
